This is the only outfit I got to document fully while I was in Miami with my friend and photographer Sasha de Almagro, after our amazing Ana is Here Blogger Lunch at Midtown Oyster Bar, see post HERE. Sasha had documented so many of my outfits when I was living in Miami that whenever I am in Miami, I always run to her for pictures. I love working with her because she knows what I want and is patient as can be, plus it doesn't hurt that we've known each other since our high school years, so it makes for a fun experience. About the outfit, this had to be one of my favorite and most comfortable looks I had going while in the sunshine state, but what I loved most is that it really stood out without looking contrived (in my eyes that is), it's always good when an outfit just falls together naturally. This summer I was on a hunt for two specific things, boater hats and gladiator sandals of any kind, these two were my favorite summer purchases, the Brixton hat and Zara gladiator knee-highs give the outfit that standout look. I know for sure I will wear this again before summer ends, it's just too good. On a side note, I am missing the sunny weather in my hometown of Miami, luckily we've seen a little sun here in Frankfurt and this Friday, I hear it will get to 98 degrees, which sounds amazing but with no AC anywhere, it is pretty miserable, but I rather be melting than freezing.
