A Beanie Winter

 So I hear that Frankfurt's winter has been a mild one compared to previous ones, and I like to believe I brought the warm climate with me when I came back from Miami in December. Regardless, I am happy it's been a mild one, the weeks leading to the start of winter I would wake up expecting a blizzard or temperatures that would leave me shaking all day, but it would never come. I kept wondering when would winter hit us? I felt so lost and clueless, because I've never lived in a place where they go through all seasons, I only know one, summer. But as I kept speaking with locals and others who have been here for several winters they explained and I felt relieved. So not having to whip out some not so attractive winter boots has been a happy dance kind of moment. What I do love to wear all the time, is a beanie and a scarf. There is something so comforting about a beanie and scarf, it makes you feel fuzzy inside and feels as close to being home under your blankets as it could ever feel. This is one of my favorite outfits, it can transition from work to play without having to change anything, it's extremely versatile and it took me to lunch and a coffee date.
